Dawn K. VanNatta, OTR/L, PC
Dawn received her B.S. degree in occupational therapy from Towson University in Baltimore County, MD and is presently enrolled in A.T. Still University's Advanced Master of Science in Occupational Therapy Studies program. The focus of her studies is on evidence-based pediatric intervention. She has over 15 years of experience in a variety of settings including private practice, hospital rehabilitation, early intervention, public and private schools in Maryland, North Carolina, and Germany. Dawn has given presentations on fine and visual motor development and received additional training in current occupational therapy theory and intervention techniques. She is particularly interested in evaluation and treament of preschool and elementary school children using a family-oriented approach to intervention.
Dawn is a member of the North Carolina Occupational Therapy Association, the American Occupational Therapy Association, and the World Federation of Occupational Therapists.
